Return/Cancellation/Shipping Policies

 

Online order Cancellations are valid with 24 hours. Orders can be returned within 3 business days if package is unopened. All orders come with 1 year warranty and therefore can be replaced if malfunction should occur. This warranty can be upgraded to 4 years for $99 a year and extends initial 90 days of phone support.

 

All prices exclude UPS or Fedex ground shipment. If your order multiple items, we will consolidate your order to one unless different shipping addresses are provided.
